About me

I'm Manasa, and I like making things you can actually use.

It started in March 2026 with a photobooth in the browser that took four photos and turned them into a strip. I kept adding to it: filters, styles, a dark mode. By August I wanted it to be a real app on my phone, so I rebuilt it from scratch. That became Four Cuts, named after the Korean "life's four cuts" photobooths. It's now in testing and on its way to the App Store.

Along the way I've made other things too. Capsule is a private video diary where you record seven seconds a day and can write letters to your future self. Connect is an idea for a social network that matches people by where they're going, not where they've been. And there are a few experiments, like a travel app that picks a destination for you.

I build with AI coding tools. They write a lot of the code. My job is deciding what to make, how it should look and feel, what to cut, and whether it's good enough. I test everything on a real phone, and I'm picky: my app icon took six rounds of designs before it felt right.

I'm still learning, including writing code myself in Python, and this site is where I'll keep what I make.
